how to: replace outer cv boot
how do i replace the passenger side outer cv boot on my 95 civic ex? Or would it be better to buy an axel from auto zone for $60?

buy the axle much easier and dont buy those split boot things 
axles take like 10 mins to change in a eg!

Yea, if you get the boot, you have to take apart the the axle, clean out the old grease, put the boot on, squeeze in the pack of new grease and use a special tool to tighten the metal bands on the boot.

hey the same thing happened to me. I have the same car and my very same CV boot is open. So when you buy the axle from autozone it already has the CV boots on it? And is it really that easy to put the axle on? I'm sorry, i've never done that before and sorry for butting in on the post.
