remove the airbag its a hex key forget the size, disconnect the srs and cruise and horn connecters, get a 19mm on a 3/8 w/ an expentension and follow lefty loosey, righty tighty, and then once the bolt is removed pull on the steering wheel and it will come off w/ no problem..

The problem I have is the hub is still on, but i got the steering wheel off. So it looks like a hard cyclinder is stuck on there.
