I've personally done this myself years ago when i had a complete color change done to my 1992 CX HB.
You'll need a special tool that is basically like a piece of piano wire with a handle on one end, and a hook on the other.
I started mine by pulling the rubber trims out of each side, then cutting the urethane holding the glass in with the special tool for cutting windows out.
You do understand that you'll need new trims and an automotive glass company will need to reinstall them with new urethane, right? It wasn't necessarily cheap when I had it done.

its pretty easy like the guy said above a piece of piano wire or a thin wire. have your buddy inside and you out side then just pull the wire back and forth till the rubber seal is cut all way round DO NOT PULL ON THE GLASS TO TRY TO RIP IT OFF HALF WAY THOUGH TI WILL CRACK EASILY. wait till its all cut you can use old mouldings but the actual rubber seal u can get at autozone what ever parts store its just a liquid winshield cocking look 4 it then use a cocking gun spread a small stream around where the old seal was then paste and hold you will have to support the window until its cure then pop the oem black trim back on if your hatch has it
