How to Remove Airfilter to get to iac valve
i have a 99 DX, and the filter is blocking the idle air control valve... i did my searching couldnt find a write up about removing it. i have tried and cant seem to figure it out...

anyone? its the black box, i cant seem to remove it dont know where.... i already got the bolt on the left side

man, it's been a LONG TIME since i've touched a y7, but i believe after you undo a bolt (or two), the whole lower box just pops off. pull up on it....i think! like i said it's been a while.
