hmmm, you don't?
or you hit 3rd gear, put it in d3, ride 3rd gear up then shift to 4th....all you CAN do.

it all depends on how long you want it to last.

see if you can like change when your auto switches gears for higher revs (I have absolutely no idea if you can do that)!!

nah that wont do nothing neither will accelerating in D3 instead of D4
if you really want to "race" an auto, put a 5spd shiftknob and boot on it
so u can press down instead of pressing the side button to change gears
and launching i would say around 4 grand im not exactly how durrible
civic trannys are but the 4th gen accord trannys are super strong.
I'm sure if your racing an auto your going through gears like such 1,2,D3,D4

alot of people said the same thing about my old accord
but i always got the last laugh.. have fun with your clutch, not so short short shifter while i sit here and reduce 2 .10s of a second each time i changed gears and never let off the gas.

Re: (drastikstylez)
hrm thats not totally true. Sure a 5spd is a lot better, but im sure there is a way to race out your car. I believe this topic has been covered before. I can't remember where the post was exactly, but im sure if you search enough you can actually build a strong setup. Good Luck.

Re: (tambara)
What you have to do is tune The Flux capacitor when you hit 88mph you'll be out of this world. when you get to the dimension where people race automatics you'll fit right in.
