By not driving your car.
Keep your foot off the clutch pedal when not shifting. Clutch on, ease off. Dont stay in the friction point too long, thats the burniest part of the shift.
Keep fresh oil in the trans. CV joint should be greased and rebooted.
Downshift as soon as possible when required. Dont wait for a bog and then launch after your shift.
Proper tire pressure, and make sure you have good traction to avoid spins on angle launches.
Definitely be replacing your muffler bearings and watch out for those Stage III burnouts y0!

When down shifting, rev the engine a bit to get to match the wheels. Engage the clutch right away when shifting up. Don't partially engage and then hit the gas or you'll wear it out. I'm 13years 250,000miles on the same clutch.

I don't down shift. I rather wear brake pads than a clutch.
Get a hang of getting your car up to speed with minimal clutch effort. No need to hang onto the clutch for 5 seconds to get to speed on each gear.
140,xxx on OEM clutch and I can feel it has lots of life in it left.
