I have no idea what the ex/si tranny goes for, I tried searching, but couldnt find any for sale.

I came across one locally, he wants $200. Is that a good deal? and what year of ex trannies will fit my 93 civ dx? tia

you can get them anywhere from 50-300 depending on condition and weather or not it has to be shipped. I bought mine locally for $75 and haven't had a problem with it. But 200 for one that is in good condition isn't bad, I'd try to talk him down to 150 unless he has a high demand for it. The more people want it, the higher the price. I got lucky and found a guy that didn't live to far from me, but he lived in the boonies and had a hard time selling it. I was prepared to spend up to $325 to have one shipped to me. I got lucky though....if you're patient and don't live in SoCal, you should find one for less than 200.
