How much should this cost?
If you had a 96-98 EX or DX and wanted a 99-00 front end, besides the 99-00 front end what else would you need/do. Also how much should you be looking to spend on putting on that front end?

I bought a brand new bumper and fenders from RockAuto.com for $170 shipped, used headlights for $70, and a used carbon hood for $200. That should be everything you need w/ slight modification to the rad. support.

You should be able to get everything you need for about 300, now those are stock parts. And if you get them used, they'll most likely be different colors. Paint is another story.
