100 bucks shipped for myself. Depends on where you but them. People selling on ebay generally get more than 150 for them, but on ohter sites, people let them go for a lot cheaper.

$165US shipped (yes its chipped) and includes few different programs.

stock ones are in $100-125US range, auto ecus will always be little cheaper.
