Default How much NOS can I run on my Honda Civic Hybrid?

Here's some info about my car: It's the base model 03 Civic Hybrid. All I have so far is an Apexi N1 muffler, a filter from ebay, and a CF hood. The rest of my bodykit is on the way, and I'm thinking about getting a high flow cat but they're sorta expensive.

Now, I want to put a shot of NOS on so I can have a total sleeper. I'm thinking like a 75 shot but I wanna make sure that's okay to do to my engine. I think a fogger system would be best - dry sounds a bit risky to me.

Do you think a 75 fogger shot would be okay, or can I go with something a bit larger - maybe a 100 shot?

First thing is, there is nothing hybrid about a stock 03 civic. Secondly there isn't anything sleeper about a body kitted car. Thirdly 75 shot is a whole helluvalot of nitrous to be shooting into an internally stock motor let alone 100. In the first place I dont condone using nitrous from the start, but if you must I would back down to about 50.

civic hybrid. gas/electric.

it will hold a 100 shot of NOS as long as it is a direct port nitrous injection fogger system, with 2 bottles. the big ones. make sure you don't have a heavy foot either.

good luck.

Oh, I'm talking about the gas electric hybrid, it's not an engine swap or anything. I just want my car to be fast, you know?

Yeah, I'm kinda worried about what it could do to the electric part of the motor, but the ECU should be able to compensate shouldn't it?

Wait, what if I bought an LSD or a torque converter or something to help out with the auto tranny? Would it be okay if I just turn off overdrive?

Did you use the composite bottle on the weedeater? The normal 10lb bottle was too heavy for me, It made my arms tired.
