For all that, turbo your car for a bit more and you can expect far greater gains in HP/TQ that with bolt-ons. Believe me, I have I/H/E and I'm not much faster than with my stock setup. Turboing a d16z6 is in the near future for me!

getting "a chip" is such a vague action, none of us can predict power gains for you on that. I would say it's not so much worth getting any of the intake/exhaust stuff with power gains in mind. But rather, you should look forward to the response and sportiness it gives you. You may feel a little on your butt dyno, but not enough to think too much about the numbers.
However, I would have to suggest as well that you look into saving your money for upgrades that are more worthwhile, like f/i, or some serious all-motor goodies.

don't know what you mean about "chip" it... but intake and catback without headers will only give you like 10 hp maybe a little bit more... depending on your setup
