Well, whats its chipped with? You'd get a good idea by looking for a chipped p28 (with your program) in the marketplace and ebay, and get prices to go by.

I believe it will, but am not 100%. It could have something special like some jap ecu's have tcs that would set off a cel. But i dont think any z6 equipped car came with tcs, you get the point though.

sounds like it's been chipped and the eprom has vtec engagement @ 5300 rpm and rev limiter @ 8600 rpm.
i believe a stock usdm p28 has vtec engagement @ 5200 rpm and rev limiter @ 7200
so i doubt that you have a stock z6 basemap
no easy way to tell if fuel and ignition maps are for a stock z6
you would probably want a tuner to burn an eprom specifically for your motor.
chipped ecu's usually go for $120 or more. check hondamarketplace.com
