How much drop for 205/45/16's on EJ6 (EK Hatch)

How much drop for 205/45/16's on EJ6 (EK Hatch)
Hi all
I have a 97 Civic Hatch with Tokico Illumina's all the way around... I'm looking to get away from coilovers and get regular springs... who makes a spring with a nice drop that will go good with the height of 205/45/16's... Picture Below (looks lower than it is, sitting in the grass...
Any reputable brand will do... Eibach, H&R, Sprint, Tein... etc... I'm looking to maybe run my car on the track next spring, but I dont want it to ride like its on 44" Boggers either... thanks in advance.

im riding on tein s. tech springs with stock shocks for now. the front sits perfect with 16's but the rear could be a little lower.
