Probably not more then 100lbs. Me and my dad picked up my shortblock without much of a problem.

My D16Y8 crank weighed about the same as my block, each of which I estimated to be around 45-50lb/ea. The flywheel's another 18lbs, so I'm guessin around 110-120lbs for those items you listed.

the thing is that all my friends drive cars so I was plannin on takin out the passenger seat and if it wasnt too heavy puttin down cardboard and workin it into there to pick one up from a junkyard or somethin
