Re: How Much Did You Pay For Your EG HB (Cav)
I bought my 1992 Civic Si Hatchback for $2700. The body was in perfect shape inside and out. Had a few door dings, but that is to be expected from a 11 year old car. When I bought the car it had about 143,000 miles on it. There was absolutely not body rust at all and the paint is still in pretty good condition (the roof is a bit oxidized). The motor was running strong too, but that was not a factor in the purchase of my car (I already had a b16 waiting for it....which is now stolen )

I bought my 93 Cx hatch with 143k and it was absolutely MINT no 1 problem with it No dents Perfect paint motor ran like a top for 70 hp. Nothing at all wrong with it. In May 01 for 3400+tax. I paid cash. Since then it has gotten dorr dings and little things but over all its still in super excelent condition!

260, front damage, engine head is f*, rust where the battery is, body paint is alright - fading
buying parts and stuff, total cost is 260+600+200=1060 for a 92 si.

i got my 94 cx for $2800, about $3200 after inspections, tags, etc., it had 133k miles on the motor, but that didn't matter because i got a new one(check out the avatar). But anyways the body was in pretty good shape, a few dings. The interior was in perfect shape though, although the guy i bought it off of left it pretty dirty, i vacumed and washed it and i swear that just by doing that i could probably have gotten $3500 for it.

Re: How Much Did You Pay For Your EG HB (egciviccx)
Cx, 2500 y0. Couple dings here and there. Eh, i bought it from some old people that was selling it for 3000. The major probs were probably the freakin stickers. sO hard to remove. anyway, i would not pay more than 3500 for a cx or dx, unless its modified.

Re: How Much Did You Pay For Your EG HB (cidhb33)
94 Civic CX hatchback
135,000miles
MINT condition. Not one ding on it. Only flaw is a small dime sized rust point near the passenger's side taillight.
Interior was a little dirty, but I had replacement seats and planned on stripping, so that was not a factor of buying.
Engine runs great and passed emissions.
Like stated above, one small dime sized rust spot (not cancer)
Price: $2000

2200 with a shaved rear end and a blown head gasket. Mmm. Also is lowered and has a crappy paintjob. I like it.

Re: How Much Did You Pay For Your EG HB (Cav)
3000 for my 92 VX just last year.
Interior is perfect, no leaks, and the Honda "premium" stereo.
Exterior, a bit banged up and some rear quarter rust, not terrible for around here.
Engine runs good, and it only had 84,000 miles on it.
Probably should have paid less, but I had to make quite a drive to get the car, so I wasn't in the best of negotiating positions.

Re: How Much Did You Pay For Your EG HB (Cav)
Car: 1993 Civic EG
Model: Si
Version:
Khms/Miles: 145000
Condition: Outside: Perfect
Condition: Inside: New Really New MMmmm...
Engine Running Well: Perfect. Almost feel guilty abouth dropping in a B18C
Rust: Whats rust? Hell No
Price: $4500.00
It was also a one owner (older couple) car that had only been serviced by Honda.
I paid top dollar in my eyes but to get a car in this condition its worth it!
