How much is a D15Z1 or D15B8 worth to a normal person?
I'm looking for one, but don't know what to offer. I mean, the d15b8 isn't rly worth anything, but what would people say is fair to both parties to offer on a standard mileage z1 swap with no issues?

I'd say about 250, I paid about 400 two years ago but that was with a transmission, engine wiring harness, axles, ecu etc.
IMO it was worth it.
