How much to ask???
1992 LX 4 door D15B7 with new head, 3angle valve job, intake, header, exhaust. 135,000 miles.
Wanting to sell in a few months (a couple more payments) and wondering how much to ask. I saw one on ebay with bids at $2200 that is completely stock with 200,000 miles and looks pretty bad inside.
Any input appreciated...

Well, what you listed is pretty irrelevant. Minor engine work and a few bolt ons don't really mean anything.
You might want to post some pics...think about the important stuff:
-condition of the body. Dents, scratches? How's the paint?
-condition of the interior. Everything complete? Clean? Working?
-How's it drive? Any problems with the way it runs?

x2.
Most people who drive cars to get from point A to point B aren't going to care about a 3 angle valve job. You're best off making sure the car runs properly, the paint looks good, and everything on the interior looks good.

Re: (.mattyz_)
The only reason I listed what I did is because of the increase in air flow you get. It has increased the gas mileage in city to around 40 mpg. At $4 a gallon that is something needed now. That would be the main reason for someone buying this car.

Re: (92lxinprogress)
Well the fact of the matter is it's an older car and although the increased mpg is good ppl aren't gonna wanna pay much for an older car that doesn't look good aesthetically and if the interior is trashed you'll have a really hard time selling it for much. If the body, paint and int. are good, tires are good and it's mechanically sound you could probably sell it for 1500

Re: (Mikej425)
put it on ebay, ppl will come from out of state and pay mega money for them. look at some of the crappiest cars on ebay getting sold for twice what they are worth. ppl are buying up hondas left and right because of gas prices.
