Default How much for a 99-00 Si with......

I have a friend with a blue 99 Civic Si with about 84,000 miles, runs great, 17" five spoke rims, not dropped, factory wing, header/catback exhaust, and intake. It's very clean, in and out. How much do these cars go for nowadays.....w/ these mods?? He's not looking for offers yet.......only suggestions. Thanks.

edmunds.com or kbb.com possibly?

Take off money for the ricer add-ons.

I can see 8-8,5k.....but I think we'll start at 9k and work down from there. Reasonable suggestions though. Thanks again. Any final suggestions.....??

as long as yours is still kickin rodney don't sell it! have you rebuilt it yet? i'm kinda curious when i should worry about rebuilding it with all stock parts. tune ups have been done and full synthetic every 3k.

I'm in Sacramento, Ca. and I was looking around for one w/ under 100k on it for over a month. I looked on craig's list, auto trader, papers, dealers, on-line, you name it. At least here, you can't touch an si with a clean title and those low miles for less than $11k and they go up from there but on average are about 13k for a nice one(stock & clean title). I eventually ended up getting an ex because I needed a car and I could get a ex in my price range than an si. Also, as some of the other guys said, those mods he did will lower the market value and blue book value of the car.

I'd remove the add ons and sell them seperate.. put your stock parts back on and it will sell quicker, make you more money if people by the modz

Hmm . . . clean '99 EBP Si with 84,000 miles, let's say $8500. Now subtract another $1000 for the 17" wheels, I/H/E, and the likelihood of having been beaten on - I'd pay no more than $7500 for it.

I just recently sold my clean, bone stock '00 EBP Si with 76,000 miles for $8900. Never beaten on, 32mpg, and didn't burn a drop of oil between changes.
