H&R, rides pretty good, handles pretty good. I need new struts though. The perfect blend for me of a daily driver that I drive 80 miles a day yet still handles good enough to play on the corners and keep up with just about anything I come across.

I am running the cheap route at this time.I have 99 si springs w/ 2 1/2 coils cut out.But suprisingly it rides and handles very well.I do plan on upgrading though.
from this...

I'm running neuspeed springs and stock struts and its kinda bumpy but I know new struts will fix that up nicely. Get new struts you will enjoy the ride much better besides you will have to get new ones anyways down the road.

Not to be a nit-picker, but they're shocks, not struts (unless you're talking 7th gen). I used to have focus on blown shocks, and it rode like poo. Go figure, eh?

I'll stick with my tein's.

I have been running for about 1 year and half

on Progress Lowering Springs (2.3 front and rear) and stock shocks with uncut bumpstops..

and guess what shocks are still strong and havent blown despite the many potholes I have hit...everything is okay

Ride is like stock and handling is at least much more improved than stock..

by the my car is a 1998 Honda Civic EX - four door...

Arospeed Coilovers on stock struts here!

1 finger gap all around.

Is the ride good? Suprisingly yes...it isnt too bouncy and the stock struts give it a not-too-stuff ride
Body roll? Yes, a good bit. But, NOTHING compared to stock...night and day handling.
Does it look good? Yeah.
Good quality? Eh, springs havent really sagged yet, nor have the perches gotten fucked up...but only a year has passed
Is it the best $110 bucks i've ever spent? HELL YES

I was on stock shocks with tenzo springs.
Now i'm on tokico illumina with tein springs. Boy was there a difference after i changed over. Ride quality greatly improved.

You can do that setup, but I wouldnt plan on anything extravagent i.e. racing, road course. Just remember it's really not the spring that gives you rigidity. In the perfect situation you'd choose a full coilover setup from big names like Tein, Buddy Club, Sustec, etc, but who really has the money for 2000+ set ups. If you like "stock" why not try a type R suspension, USDM JDM whatever you prefer just remember your if you go with the full suspension you'll be getting into 5 lug on the JDM type r(integra). Hope thats helpful.

Used to run on stock struts, with my R1 coilovers. ride sucked, handling sucked. now with my agx's ride sucks a little less, handles a ton better.

I would definetly not recommend, been there and when you compare the difference, night and day. Save up and change it all together, also cheaper on labor.

But, shitty coilovers are also night and day from stock suspension...gotta put it perspective

Get some springs that have a high spring rate it will not bounce as much as the cheaper ones. My friend has Ground Control for his integra but are from accord. I have GC for my integra but it bounce little more compare to his. On my civic I have some ebay Coilovers RS which are made for celica and they don't bounce as much either.
