How many of you are in debt because of your civic?
I'm curious.. In debt meaning making payments, have spent more then you have, etc. I've never been in debt, but my current project has made me wonder what I was thinking when I decided to start spending. I went from having $7,000 in my bank to 0.... That $7,000 was after the car was bought 
Now I need to work like mad since I will be going to school this spring.

I got my 92 hatch for $2400 so I cash it right away with my extra money I make from selling my DSM!!

never bought one thing on my car with credit.
if i dont have enough money to buy it at a certain point..then i wont buy it until i do.
its simple enough, if you dont have the money..then dont buy it.

I used to be debt when I bought my motor. I had enough for the motor but didnt calculate in exhaust, clutch, all those little things to make the car go. So my mom lent me about 600 bucks till I got a few pay checks to pay her back. I try and stay out of debt and have atleast 500 bucks in the bank just incase theres an emergency.

I'm in debt, but no where near unmanagable or out of control.
And that is due to loan on the car, none of the accessories.

Damn sure not me. I payed for it in cash and won't EVER finance toys. (didnt finance my bike either).

I am in rediculous debt...
from spendng 800 for the Rotas, 300 for my Arospeed shocks, and 200 for my OBX strut bars all on credit card, I now can't afford to pay my bills

too true,i only use my credit card for ebay/paypal....i use it because the transaction is smoother/faster....but i have the $$$ in my account when i use my credit card and pay it off at the end of the month.....no debt here
