How to make Type R US legal
Hey i was trying to find some info on all the things I need to do to make a stock Civic Type R, strait from Japan, legal. If anyone has a link or something, that'll be great. Thanks

its not just emissions...its safety ratings, crash results...etc etc...the list goes on.

Not worth it.
as for the EP3 with a CTR badge, you can buy a real CTR(Euro Spec of course) fully US legalized from evolution imports for $25k if you were really that serious

Too much BS and red tape to go through over a Civic
Apparently you can get a legalized 02 CTR from these guys, along with Evo VIII's

I was looking more for a 96-00 civic, I had talked to the evo-import guys in the past, thats not that bad of a price though, they said they could only get me an 03. Thanks for the info. I'll try somewhere else.
