How to install JDM ITR steering wheel on 96 civic?
It wont fit because the splines are different, is there a way to do it without buying a CTR steering wheel hub. Does anyone have that steering wheel hub for sale? Can I buy a hub for a different wheel? Let me know!

There is no hub, it's part of the steering wheel. The only way is to cut out the hub ring from the steel cage, and then weld in a hub ring from a stock 96-00 civic steering wheel.
Or, you could be smart and realize that the JDM ITR wheel has a CTR counterpart .....
