HOW TO INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER

Re: HOW TO INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER (lv6l)
I would flush the system first. After you empty out the MC, just undo the two lines and the 2 nuts holding it on to the brake booster. Make sure you don't lose that gasket/seal behind it. Install is reverse of removal. Also don't forget when you refill the brake fluid that you need to bleed the system. Thats it. Good luck.

undo the hardlines with a line wrench (not an open box wrench)
unbolt the old mc
bench bleed the new one
install the new one and attach lines
very basic
There is a how-to install jdm 1" itr mc/bb combo in the "helpful archive" section, written by me - it will help you out
There is a thread on bench bleeding a mc too - search for that as well

Take out 2 bolts
don't forget the washer at the booster!
bench bleed new mc,
put in new washer at booster
bleed it.
Or just buy a manual and read it. That's just off the top of my head...
