How hard was it to install CTR 5 lug Suspension???
Hey guys,
I want to know how hard it was to install a 5 lug CTR suspension on an EK hatch?
How long did it take you guys with and without power tools?
I wont be using power tools.
What was the hardest part of this installation?
What other stuff should I look out for?
*I wont be installing Prop. Valve, booster, or brake cylinder.

You won't be, as in "I'm paying someone else to do it" ? I hope so. It's pretty much taking off **** and putting the corresponding part on in its place. The trailing arm might be a bitch if you're not using air. Bummer for you. Make sure you have everything from the start, and have patience

Have a good set of tools. Use five point sockets NOT 16pt. And make sure you have a nice long breaker bar being that you don't have power tools just to get the certain pain in the *** bolt loose with ease. And as stated above you take this out and replace that in...just take off the tire and compare what's on the car and what's gonna get on the car. You will understand, might take you some time but you should be able to do it. And don't do like a lot of idiots I know do and have the car up with a jack. Have the car securely sitting on some steady jackstand on a good surface.
good luck!
good luck!

why not go to ur nearest parts rental store and get some power tools?
might save u from tearing up ur hand and lots of pain/headaches...less time consuming too

If this is on an eg replace the master cylinder with the 91 civic ex 4-dr one. It will be a direct fit and no changint/bending lines and not replacing the booster.

good idea, but if I can do without it, that'll be cool. Also this is for an 99 dx hatch.
