It's that hard just time consuming. Your gonna have to remove the motor & tranny put everything on to the new block and reinstall the motor.

yup...
1. undo all connectors
2.all hoses
3.fuel lines
4.electrical
5.yank motor out
6.dissasemble the motor
7.reasemble everything onto new block
8.put motor back in and connect everything
oh yea...make sure everything is down to torque specs
