Re: How to get ABS on a non abs car (scoobyghost)
MC with accompanying prop' valve, ABS pump-unit with ECU, ABS lines & sensors, struts with ABS-sensor mount, and proper axles for ABS. I'm just roughly picturing it all. But that's at least what you'll need. Oh, another thing is the gauge cluster with the ABS indicator. Or you can make your own indicator. You need it to do diagnostic tests if something is wrong with the ABS pump-unit. Works just like a check engine light. Also, if your car is equipped with ABS, it's "recommended" that it be taken to the dealership or a shop who have special tools to bleed brakes equipped with ABS and they also have to work on the pump-unit themselves. Just something I read.

Not worth it. There is ALOT more to change besides the MC. Try ABS control unit, abs brake lines, wheel speed sensors, ABS pump, etc.
