i would suggest skunk 2 pro stage 2 camshafts, a high flow fuel rail, a skunk2 or edlebrock intake manifold, unsure about a TB... ITBS!!!, get your head redone so it flows better and get a great tuning.

well if you are going to redo your clutch and all that id reccomend a exedy stage 2 and fidanza lightened flywheel w/ a skunk 2 short shifter. I have that setup on my EG w/ b16 and its gravy. Do you want to raise your compression ratio? b16 is already 10.6:1 unless its JDM then its 11:1. also if you want higher rpm gains stage 3 cams are great but u will have to rebuild your vavletrain w/ dual springs and Ti retainers. I would reccomend that for an all motor build anyways. As for that TB i was unsure about try to find a 72mm opening... more air. and if you dont have all this intake, a nice header, and a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust.

Cheapest thing to do if you have decent wrenching skill is to add a higher displacement bottom end.
Even with stage 3 cams and a good head job you'll still be ~130wtq.
That would suck for daily driving, you have to wind it out anyways, why make it worse?
