Anywho, I come from the Nissan camp (yeah I'm goin backwards on the bandwagon lol) I just purchased a high milage Si hatch 5-speed and I intend to use it as a daily driver (however I plan to clean it up a bit looks wise) and I'm in the process of swapping the axles out of it (old ones busted). Is there anything I should go ahead and replace while I'm there? Axle seals don't look too bad.

And now I must molest the search button for all my other questions...

Ah also, what's a good price for a set of 2000 SI wheels w/ some good tires? I'm not diggin the steelies too much.

if the axel seal is fine then your ok....

I'm a moderator on NICO (Nissan Infiniti Car Owners) and at one point a few months ago I swear there were about 5 threads titled something like "Sold my Prelude for 240SX ... want an SR".

Now I got two of the best bandwagons ever!... VTEC and SR's lol and I happened to land both by chance haha. I wanted a 240 years back so I bought one, then I came across this deal on this EG and I've always liked the hatches, so I bought it.

Not having too much luck finding info on this EG... any good FAQ's out there?

So far I've figured out I got a 1.6L SOHC VTEC engine 125 hp / 106 tq. ... assuming it's a D16Y6 ? and I found a bunch of people running turbos on them, which isn't helping me stay away from wanting to modify it

HAhaha, ich bin American. Yea i have seen the 200sx, my friend had a 240sx.
