That sucks. Can't see why anyone would even bother. I'll keep an eye out, but it's probably already out of state. I've had my plates stolen out here more than once. That's how they move the stolen cars. Usually it takes a little while for people to report their plates stolen...
One time they even put the stolen cars plate on my car. Good thing I noticed it right away...

Dude, that car isn't out of state or in a chop shop or anything crazy.
Some punk 15 year old probably drove it till the gas ran out and walked away from it. Now wherever the car is left it has to be found . I have gotten a car stolen here in vegas and since car theft is so high here its usually a couple weeks till u get a call telling u to pay $300 of impound fees to get ur car back.
But honestly your car is probably fine and a couple miles away. Specially if its stock

i got my car back today!!! unharmed at that! wasnt stripped or anything. they just stole the amp, subs, ipod, and mynice jacket...
the only thing they broke was the little springy flip up cup holder
they left it in someones reserved parking spot at a apartment complex and the complex left a note to move it and they were gonna tow it out of the spot today and the tow company found out it was stolen
im a happy camper
