how do you take off th door sills??? 93 civic
ok this may be a dumb question but i got a 1993 civic hatchback and want to replace my torn interior carpet with a better condition one and have no clue on how to take off the door sills on both sides. looks like there is clips to hold onto it but i kind of pulled it and it was hard *** heck so i didnt want to proceed and break any tabs. anyone here know how i can take these things off so i can get this done asap thanks.

Just give them a good tug straight up. You pull at an angle, they'll snap. If they snap, oh well. Place the good ones toward the end of the trim and have the middle pop up maybe a millimeter or replace them at AZ or AA. Or call Honda. It's not the end of the world if they snap. Maybe a 5 minute hissy fit at best.

ok thanks guys. i tried using a flat head to pry them out but it was hard is hell! i will try it again i guess.
