How do you take off the exterior window trim?
Ok, so I searched the big DIY thread...
This is the painted metal black piece where the bottom of the window meets the door on the outside. I'd paint it, but its really chewed up and sort of flaking off. Is this a case of just prying it off, or do I have to get inside the door? TIA |

Pry it off. It's held on by 5 or 6 IIRC clips that will probably snap off when you try to remove it.
edit: I can't remember the name of the part, but they're around ~$70 from the dealer. |

dude, get all the coating off and use electrical tape to cover it. You dont have to remove it, and it looks fine. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif
Otherwise, just get new ones from a dealer. |
