When you open the door there will be a plastic screw that would normally be by the side of the dash (with door closed). There will also be a screw behind the door handle and one in the little pocket on the armrest. Remove those and gently pull from the bottom of the panel to get the plastic clips free. Once all the clips are free you will have to disconnect the wiring harnesses that attach to the door. The top of the panel has a little lip than goes by the window. So you will have to lift up while removing the door. Or you could break the little clips that hold on the moulding. New ones will pop right in. Its really up to you. I think pulling interior panels and trying to get to the back of them would be a pain in the ***. But good luck either way.
