Please!! Identify This Pin/Socket(Female) Terminal for C401 IMG inside
SORRY! its from the Keyless Control Unit Connector.(but i think its the same with c401 cause i need some socket terminals for C401 aswell)
2mm in Diameter?
2x2mm Square
17mm Length
i wanna know what kind of terminal this is and if theres alternative terminals that will fit into the connector. or a way to connect the wire without changing the stock connector to a different 1 and different color and worry about the quality/condition it will be in the future.
i did my research, wiki, ehow, yahoo, google but all i see is a bullet connector. i need to replace alot from that connector so im trying to look for a local store that carries this kind of terminals. i live in califonia, near disneyland(Anaheim) i found some online stores that has this kinds but im in doubt if they're legit + i kind of worried about the shipping time that is why im looking for a local store,

You should check the shaved and tucked engine thread in the appearance forum. It's literally thousands of pages. That kind of terminal you have to buy in bulk and need a special crimping tool to crimp them onto the wires. I believe it's called an open-ended barrel crimper. The tool itself runs about $200.
I looked into it a few months ago because I wanted to make a full engine and accessory harness from scratch but the cost to do so is outrageous by my budget.
