if you do a search..I think you'll find an old thread asking the same question and SGT aka Steve Sakai said that its pronounced "teen" I've heard it pronounced every which way..."Tayne" "tee-in" "teen" I personally say "tee-in" and sometimes "teen"

You usually can't figure out the proper Japanese pronounciation from the romaji (Roman alphabet) spelling of most Japanese words. Much of the spelling is pretty haphazard, there isn't a consistant method used. Also, you never know if they originally wrote it in romaji for Japanese speakers or English speakers. If it was written for English speakers (unlikely), then you should say it exactly how it looks, 'Tine'.
Rough guess: Sounds like Te iin, which when said together would be pretty close to 'tayne.' Closer to 'tayine.' Japanese pronounciation is difficult to express to nonspeakers.
