How do you get the door pad off of an 01+ Civic?

How do you get the door pad off of an 01+ Civic?
There's something inside the passenger side door that rattles like crazy. Is there a DIY out there? I prefer not to break things taking them apart.

look for screws around the sides get em off and pop it off ????? lil strength im guessing its not that hardd??????

go to http://www.7thgencivic.com they tons of DIYs for the 7thgencivic with pictures, heres a link for removing the door panal, but I think you need to sign up anyways good luck
