How do you adjust the throttle cable?

How do you adjust the throttle cable?
I did a search and there were like 34321-4-2343214 articles and coudln't find my answer.
I have a k24a2 and using a ep3 throttle cable for my 1999 Civic Hatch
Please help it just seems so loose and I need a way to tighten it I just don't know how.

Just wondering, because for my manual (for my car), it says only has a section about adjusting auto cars, but nothing for manual cars. The only thing I could think of was having the wrong TB or throttle cable.

I will just zip tie the gas pedal end of the throttle cable to make it tighter...

have a friend floor it, verify that u can or cannot open t.b ne more if u still can then adjust the cable till it opens tb to the stop bolt w/ about 1/8-1/4" deflect
