The hardest part is going to be removing your tranny. Once you get past the axel and 12 bolts, and figuring out you need to take the 3ft starter bolts out. Then youll see the bolts to take the clutch and PP off then youll see the bolts to get the flywheel off.

The most intimidating thing is getting the tranny off, once its off you pretty much have to be blind not to figure it out.

its pretty straight forward once the trans is out... i would say your hardest will be putting the trans back in. if your doing it by yourself... and just remember to follow the manual and you'll be fine...

I do it all the time with jack stands and a jack.

Just secure the car from behind like with wheel chocks & ebrake.
Put the jack stands behind the front wheels, make sure its secure.
Start unhooking the sensors that are attached to the tranny, you can just take off that 1 bracket.
Drain the tranny.
Take off the clutch lines.
Start removing all the bolts.
The tranny will not drop off due to its dowell pins.
Secure the tranny on a jack and start pulling it off.
Get a screw driver and pry between the block and tranny, it will come right off.

Before you get to that point though, you have to tackle the axel. I know Tom did a grear write up on axel removal and you should search for, "FAQ axel removal"
A quick rundown....

Remove the 32mm hub nut.
Remove the castle nut on the control arm.
Remove the clip on the axel nearest the tranny.
Grab as close as you can to the tranny and get a pry bar, have someone pry on the axel while you jiggle it out.
Once its out, bang it out of the hub to get it lose.
Use a pickle fork to seperate your ball joint.
Move your hub assembly out of the way while pushing the axel out.
When the axel is out, just lay it to the side or pull it all the way out through the fork.

Rough directions, but you get the idea of what your facing.
Id give this a 7/10 job for the whole job if you know your way around a car.

5 hours should be enough with some buddies.
But I always give myself pleanty of time, cause **** WILL go wrong.
Id give myself a full day, 8 hours with breaks.

Haha true that, just take your time and make a plan in the morning, things go better planned than "ah **** lets just rip it apart" like so many of us do.

Good luck! Let us know.

You really should get a new clutch. It will seat much better on the new flywheel and will obviously last longer than your used one. Also you may find the hub on the disc or the springs are loose, then you'll have to wait until you get a new clutch before you put it back together.
