First, you have to get them hosted on another site. There's a ton of places that will host them for free, just search on google. (I don't post pics much so i don't know which ones are good or shitty). To insert a hosted pic simply type " [ I M G ] insert pic adress here [ / I M G ] ". (No spaces. I just had to add them so it doesn't try to insert anything.)

Try going to http://www.photobucket.com. Thats a really good site, and after you upload a pic, if gives you 3 address's that you can post directly into a thread, makes it easy.
