It's very easy. Just get the bushings and some tools and take a look under your car. It's about as straightforward as an oil change.

Does that bottom 'T' shaped bit at the front just pull out? I was told that removing the gear linkage was one of the worst jobs to do on a honda due to the so called 'bitch' pin?

You don't have to pull the bitch pin to replace the bushings. It's just one bolt on the bottom of the transmission and two bolts under the shifter. Super easy to do, takes about 10 minutes.

Its easy if you have the right tools. A punch and a hammer and its not too much of a bitch. Only little girls cry about the "bitch pin" and if they seriously think that's one of the hardest things to do on a Honda then they should stop while theyre ahead

but just to be clear. You do need to remove the bitch pin to remove the full assembly? But you can replace the bushes while its still connected to the car right?

How to make it stop rattling? Drives me crazy... Seems to be in the pin that joins linkage at the shifter.
Any ideal places to shorten the shift linkage after a B series swap into an EG?

you should start your own thread with this question, but be a little more specific and if possible post some pictures. I once bought a Honda from someone and they replaced the shifting linkage pin with a bolt and a nut. It sucked *** and had so much extra play. talked him down 800 bones for a 3.50 part
