How do i install Fog lights?

i was wondering if anyone had a wiring diagram for fog lights. for a 94 civic

I went to Honda but the guy there was to lazy to look for me, and just said there was no such thing. which can't be true cuz i already have the fog lights, but im really not sure how to install them.

please if anyone can help

OEM or aftermarket? I followed the How-To from the above linked website, but my fog light kit did not include the harness that taped into headlights and what not.
