Call an Infiniti dealer and ask. They do it stock apparently.

It's not an overlay. Those are old style. used to be pretty popular for a while. I don't think anyone makes those any more. My wife rocks those on her 96 hatch.

Have you tried EBAY? those look like CHINA specials
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...d=150487724121
You can take yours apart and spray some light blue enamel paint, or maybe some headlight tint paint
You'll need a hairdryer to remove the lens cover (some people put them in the oven) not a great idea
Good luck with it

No it dosent.Don't you think i've alredy checked every single website or shop that sells healights?.
I've alredy done blackhousing on my headlamps so thanks for the short DIY anyways I dont think a normal enamel paint will give me the ''haze like'' and multicolor reflect as this guy's headlights
Sorry to deceive you,i personally think they look awesome cant discuss tastes...
again This is not a simple blue overlay
this is the closest thing i've seen but its too much blue. the guy's lens are like purple and change color...

Honestly, it looks like he opened them and wiped gas on the inside of the housing and allowed it to dry.
It looks like a petroleum based substance because most only petroleum substances will change like this.
EDIT. Or maybe soap, much like how a bubble does.

They're ion headlights. Seriously, that's what they called them.
They were popular around 2003-2006 or so. They were alllll over eBay.
I never really liked them much, but there was a really cool guy on ClubCivic a few years back who had them on his blue Si. But he's gone now and I don't know what happened to the car. :'( RIP Shane.
