Default how do I clean out a/c drain line?

I have cold water dripping onto the passenger front floorboard when the a/c is running.
I found the condensate line, where it runs down the firewall outside... and I'm assuming it is clogged and this is what is causing the problem.

Do I just blow compressed air up it? Or will this just blow the gunk further up into the system?

Try and hook a wet vac up to the end of the line?

thx.
