how do i bleed the clutch??

how do i bleed the clutch??
i have a 1997 civic hatch and when i shift into second it grinds but when i press the clutch twice it goes in the clutch makes a little noise lick pppsshhhh when i press it what could it be?

Hows the fluid level?
You bleed it the same way you do your brakes, there is a bleeder screw on the clutch slave cylinder mounted on the front of the tranny. It may have a rubber boot covering it, so you'll have to pull that off first.

the fluid is good but i think it does have air in the lines becasue it makes a ppsshh noise but to bleed it it is 123 4hold right?

I'm not familiar with that method, but it is a 2 person job. One will crack the bleeder open, the 2nd person will depress the clutch pedal, and the first person will close the bleeder. At this point the 2nd person can release the clutch pedal and not draw any air into the lines. Repeat as many times as necessary.
Also inspect all of the clutch lines between the master cylinder and slave cylinder for signs of leaks.
