it has 2 allen key screws but i cant find one that can fit? Do I screw them in and out to adjust pressure?

They didnt give you an allen wrench? Do you have a gauge with it? If you dont i wouldnt touch it until you get a gauge. But i would think closing is less gas and opening is more gas.
If you have a gauge just watch the gauge while you do it.

I bought it from a HT member. I did a search and someone said to turn the brass nipple in and out? also with the 2 allen keys there are 2 flathead screws? I have a gauge at work and I'm not gonna set it til then I'm just checking the proper way. Someone told me to tighten the nut down and the nipple broke. I don't want that to happen again.

Do you have a pic of which one you have? There should be a spring inside and then a screw on the top that you could turn to adjust to your liking. But honestly i would touch it until you have the gauge on unless if your just trying to start the car.

To adjust the FPR, simply loosen the nut on top of the unit and use a flat screwdriver to turn the brass "screw". Tightening it will raise the pressure, and loosening it will lower the pressure. Once you reach the desired setting, just tighten the nut.
