HOW DIFFICULT IS TO DO A SWAP
SO I JUST OICKED UP THE GSR SWAP AND A 93 SI SHELL FROM A FRIEND AND WAS WONDERING SINCE THE SI COMES WITH VTEC ALREADY, HOW HARD WAS TO PERFOM THIS SWAP MY SELF ? ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

"Since the civic already had vtec, the only wires that needed to be added were at D3 for the knock sensor and A17 for IAB. The pinout for the IAB can be switched from A20"

you dont need a knock sensor for obd1, it doesnt even look for it. use your p28 ecu and get it chipped. problem solved.

ohh your in cali, then yes you must run obd2. the knock sensor for the newer model accord will work with that plug (i think). Ill have to do some looking but the 05 accord used the same plug.... ill do some research.
