ive seen some people just use the ones for a coupe or hatch and i dont think you have to mod it in any way

I can't see how this would benefit a Del Sol in any way. The rear towers on the Del Sol are already built stiff, as they're the main reason the car is so heavy. That, along with the loss of already limited visibility, seems like a waste.
