How to clean EACV or IACV - 1992 civic dx
I can't find anything in this forum when searching "clean iacv" or "clean eacv". What's the recommended procedure for cleaning the iacv/eacv for a 1992 civic dx with d15b7 engine? What fluid should I use? Seafoam, WD-40???

~it's iacv = intake air control valve
~you can clean it with any break cleaners ie wd40 etc
~let the cleaner sit in there for 2-3 mins and repeat until all the deposits on the metal mesh is gone
~the main purpose is to get rid of all the carbon deposit on the metal mesh that is blocking the air passage
