how to check these, know what to replace?
My gas mileage on my '95 D15 Civic still is under 30 since I had to replace the engine, whereas it used to get over 40 easy...
Other than just blindly beginning to replace stuff... are there any ways to check these to see what might be the problem child????

Distributor
PCV Valve
IACV
Fast Idle Valve
T-Stat
Cat
ECU
The filter, spark plugs and wires are new, and fine.
