How to check fuel pressure on a em1

How do I check fuel pressure on a 99 Honda civic SI.
Step by step would be nice, or a guide somewhere (google didnt pull up anything).

I thought hondas didnt have a place to install one? THought you had to go through the fuel filter and install it there and was wondering how to do it.
