Both are stamped PR3. Cams, valvetrain, and intake ports are the main differences...
Do a search for "ITR / B16 head" or something. Lots of info in the archives.

Look into the ports. If it looks all nice and smooth after the valves then it's an ITR head. Other identifying features include green paint next to the dizzy area, but that wears off eventually.

all you need to do is check the valve springs, are the intakes and the exhaust both dual springs, and if there is no valvetrain , look into the the intake bowls they should look like they are mildly ported. Intake valves are also tulip shaped. No real big advantage with buyin that head, your better off gettin a bear b16 head and getttin good vavles and spring/retainers, price wise they are about the same if you add all that work.
